Robert has sold several properties for me over the years, achieving a result every time without an issue, with absolute professionalism and skill. However, when I asked him recently to market a vacant development site for me that was surplus to requirements, I feared he might struggle as the property was outside central Auckland where he usually works, and was surrounded by many other similar unsold listings.
Well I don't know why I was worried.
